LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all enquiries, quotations and orders placed with Diamond Furniture.
1. About these terms
By placing an order with Diamond Furniture you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU consumer law.
2. Products
We take care to describe products accurately. Photographs are representative; natural materials such as timber, leather and fabric vary in grain, tone and texture. Dimensions are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance.
3. Pricing
All prices are in euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and confirmed before your order is finalised. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is accepted.
4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted once we confirm it to you in writing. A deposit may be required on made-to-order items. The balance is payable before or on delivery unless a finance agreement is in place.
5. Finance
Where finance is used, the credit agreement is between you and the finance provider (humm), not Diamond Furniture. Approval is subject to their eligibility and affordability checks.
6. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and Delivery Information pages, which form part of these terms.
7. Cancellation and returns
Consumers ordering at a distance may cancel within 14 days of delivery, except for made-to-order or personalised items. Goods must be unused and in their original condition. Collection charges may apply.
8. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or damage caused by incorrect assembly or unsuitable environments.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
