We confirm stock, price and your delivery county by phone or email.
Delivery scheduled
​We agree a date and give you a delivery window in advance.
Set Up
Assembly is available on selected items — just ask when ordering.
Delivery charges & lead times

Leinster: typically 3–7 working days.

Munster, Connacht and Ulster: typically 5–10 working days.

Charges are confirmed at the point of order and depend on county and order size.

Larger orders and full-house fit-outs are quoted individually.
Before you order: measure up
Most delivery day problems are measuring problems. Before placing an order, check the room, then check the route into it — front door, hallway width, stair turns, banisters and any tight landings.

Measure the space the item will sit in, including height.

Measure every doorway and the narrowest point of the hall.

Check stair turns and ceiling height on the landing.

Note lifts, parking restrictions or access issues in advance.
On the day
Please make sure someone over 18 is present to accept and check the delivery. Clear the route and remove any items that may obstruct access. Inspect goods before signing — any damage should be noted at the point of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
Missed deliveries
If nobody is available at the agreed time, a re-delivery charge may apply. Let us know as early as possible if you need to change the date and we will do our best to accommodate you.
